Actually this post was supposed to be published last February but I was too busy with work and health related issues that I wasn’t able to post it. But no worries, everything’s fine. Sometimes, we just have to lie back, chill…and insert time for blogging.
I’ve had a very interesting start for this year. It was quite chaotic, with the usual roller coaster of emotions due to missing someone badly and news about my health, but nevertheless I survived and feeling much better now. I’m actually busy with so many things that it’s kind of difficult to insert some blogging time. About three weeks ago, I was in Thailand for business stuff (and let’s be honest, shopping) but now I’m still busy with my tasks and responsibilities in our business. Not to mention, I also insert some online work related to fashion everyday. Two weeks ago I started doing some work for someone’s wedding (hint: it’s not mine!) too. With me juggling all of these things, it actually helped with my procrastination to work out. Ha! See doc, I don’t need to exercise every other day, I’m burning fat from doing so much work! Hihi.
Anyway, I’m really excited for this month to somehow end. I believe I deserve some relaxation both from physical and emotional exhaustion. LOL. My birthday will probably a good start to just chill and maybe some pampering time for moi. And a certain trip this June will be my highlight for 2015! You’ll just have to wait and see :D
Honestly, I can’t write properly. I’m hyped with endorphins. LOL. Yes, these pictures may not look like I’m ecstatic but I really am. I had the opportunity to roam around Northern California including San Francisco before 2014 ended. I mean, sure I’ve traveled to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore this year but all those trips can never compare with my experience here in California. Why? It’s all because I’m with him.
I thought 2014 would be a “year of rejection” for me but I was wrong. 2014 ended and 2015 started with so much heartwarming feels. The neighborhood was quiet compared to how we celebrate New Year’s in the Philippines but none of those things matter when someone’s hugging you tightly while you exchange soft kisses.
Now I know this year will be awesome!
Hope you had a wonderful 2014, guys! Here’s to an amazing year ahead of us! 2015, we’re ready for yah!
I’ve been around Asia for the whole of 2014. I went to Hong Kong last January, Shanghai and Beijing on March and June and Singapore last September. It was exciting and full of amazing (food) experiences but it was also kind of tiresome. So I vowed never to go abroad for the last quarter of the year unless… I can celebrate Christmas in America. ♥
Today is my first Christmas away from Gensan. However, I found it a little weird I didn’t feel depressed. Although I admit I feel a tinge of sadness since I do miss my family and my cats. But somehow I feel contented, my heart is at peace. Probably because all I wanted for Christmas this year was to be with someone special again. ♥
I hope you all guys are having a wonderful holiday celebration, no matter what your beliefs are. I wish you all get your hearts’ desires, I sure did. ;)
